Who is responsible

Lokaal Zichtbaar is a service run by Maikel van de Voorde, based in Warsaw, Poland. For any questions about your data: maikel@lokaalzichtbaar.eu. You will receive a response within five working days.

What we collect

Through the contact form and the free AI visibility check, we collect the details you enter yourself: name, email address, business name, website and city. We collect only what is needed to respond to your question or prepare your check. We do not record additional personal data and do not store payment details.

How we use your data

Solely to respond to you, to send your AI visibility check, and to provide our services. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except with Netlify as our technical hosting partner. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and consent where applicable.

Retention

We retain your data for as short a period as reasonably possible. Contact form data is deleted after a maximum of twelve months, unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also withdraw consent or object to processing. Send an email to maikel@lokaalzichtbaar.eu — we will handle your request within one month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies required for the site to work correctly. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Changes

We may update this policy if our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For significant changes, active clients will be notified by email.
