Who is responsible

Lokaal Zichtbaar is a service run by Maikel van de Voorde, based in Warsaw, Poland. For any questions about your data: email. You will receive a response within five working days.

What we collect

Through the contact form and the free AI visibility check, we collect the details you enter yourself: name, email address, business name, website and city. We collect only what is needed to respond to your question or prepare your check. We do not record additional personal data and do not store payment details.

How we use your data

Solely to respond to you, to send your AI visibility check, and to provide our services. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except with Netlify as our technical hosting partner. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and consent where applicable.

Retention

We retain your data for as short a period as reasonably possible. Contact form data is deleted after a maximum of twelve months, unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also withdraw consent or object to processing. Send an email to email — we will handle your request within one month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies required for the site to work correctly. These are always set and store no personal data.

We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising cookie from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland). It lets us measure which ads lead to visits and enquiries, and show ads to people who visited the site before. The pixel is only loaded after you consent via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you decline, no Meta cookie is set and no data is sent to Meta. For the collection and transmission of this data we and Meta act as joint controllers; for Meta’s further processing, Meta is the sole controller. This processing may involve transfers to the United States. Meta relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers. Changes

We may update this policy if our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For significant changes, active clients will be notified by email.
