- Website development or redesign — we advise on schema and content structure; we do not build or rebuild websites
- Paid advertising — no Google Ads, Meta Ads or any paid media; this is organic visibility only
- Guaranteed rankings or citation positions — AI answers are non-deterministic; we optimise the signals and track the trend, not the position
- Social media management — GBP posts are not the same as Instagram or LinkedIn; those are out of scope unless agreed separately
- Medical or legal outcome claims — all healthcare and legal copy stays compliant; we never make treatment-outcome or legal-result promises
